Aqua Fitness

Aqua fitness improves your general physical condition, heart and blood circulation, and holistically strengthens the entire locomotor system – five times more effectively than on land. The water resistance you tread, jog or jump against during the exercises is 900 times greater than air resistance. If you wish to intensify the muscular tension needed, you can use objects to increase the resistance, like our popular pool noodles. The underwater exercises are conducted in a slow and flowing movement, the water resistance preventing thrusting and pulling movement.

The aqua fitness whole-body training programme exercises every main muscle in our bodies including the heart muscle.

On offer are:

• Aqua Power, the "H20-Fat burner"
Get your lipometabolism going in a way that is gentle on the joints. The intensity of the training programme is geared towards optimum lipometabolic activity.

• Aqua BBP (Stomach-Legs-Bottom)
A most popular muscle training period especially for the stomach, legs and bottom, using apparatus like dumbbells, "aqua twins" and thera bands, which serve to intensify the exercises.


• AQUA Back Fitness & Kinesiology
Efficient training programme with special exercises to combat muscular disbalance and defects in the posture of the spinal column, as well as to strengthen the muscles to prevent such complaints or as a rehabilitation measure. The core of kinesiology – that also serves to train professional footballers – is the kinesiological muscle test. This will show where there is imbalance or dysfunction in the physical or emotional spheres.


• AQUA Walking
A workout to improve your personal fitness level. This stamina programme, which is easy to perform, trains your balance, coordination and motions in a way that does not strain your joints or bear the risk of injury.

• AQUA Stretch and Relax
This programme is specifically designed to improve the stretching and easing of tension of your muscles, leading to greater agility, strength, inner peace of mind and relaxation after a day’s work.

• AQUA Box Workout or "H2O Box Fitness"
This aqua training concentrates on boxing motion with boxing positions, leg work and punches, including a comprehensive set of movements to train strength and stamina. Your neck, shoulders and the muscles of the whole upper part of your body will be strengthened.



• What Is Aqua boxing?
Aqua boxing is the optimum, all-round, energy-fostering training programme for the whole body. Stamina, coordination, agility and elegance of movement, as well as command of the body are particularly trained. Kicks, punches and varied boxing techniques strengthen the stomach, legs and bottom. The cardiovascular system acquires top form. Aqua boxing does not only get your body into shape, your psyche also profits: stress and pent-up aggression are boxed away, as it were. Specially designed box gloves are worn in aqua boxing.

By the way: 

You will normally not suffer from stiff muscles, as your muscles are supplied with more oxygen and permanently massaged by the water.
