Sauna & Wellness
Visiting a sauna in any season keeps you on your toes and healthy: blood circulation and the immune system are fortified, blood vessels are stimulated by the interaction of cold and warmth, the skin becomes taut and rosy and you are less likely to acquire an infection. Relax in our Finnish sauna (separate areas for ladies and gentlemen) with temperatures of 85 – 95° C or in our steam bath. The water is topped up every hour with a variety of fragrances: lemon, mint, menthol, lavender, orange, apple, eucalyptus and pine. As a special service to our guests, shampoo, shower gel and Bad Tölz skin lotion are free of charge.
Solarium
A large communal solarium area and individual solariums (the latter at an extra charge) freshen up that holiday tan the whole year through.
Massage
Let us spoil you with our extensive wellness programme. Choose your individual application from a broad range of offers.

If you go for a whole-body massage, you will receive one hour’s worth of extra time to spend at the Alpamare. A leg or back massage will mean that you can stay half an hour longer in the baths. Please arrange an appointment by dialing + 49 80 41 | 5 09-9 91 or directly at the cashier’s desk.
Iodine Inhalator
Inhale air laced with iodine in a pleasantly warm atmosphere. Let the gentle mists waft around you and feel their positive effect on body and soul with each breath you take.
